The works on display are prints on Fabriano paper size 50X70 and are one of the most beautiful in the Gargano trebuchets. The "trebuchet" is a wooden building, made of thin poles and slender beams, attached to the ground by steel cables that are used for net fishing: fishermen, at the time of the passage of fish, raised quickly and uproar networks that had fallen into the sea. Next to the trebuchet, the family of Mimi, a proud fisherman of 74 years, lives and continues the work started by cooking the fish that was caught at the time and offered the occasional visitors. The trebuchet, said "Since Mimi", was saved from fire by the summer of 2007 that prevented the owner's family, risking his life, the flame spreads to the building. Currently, the restaurant is one of the most visited places by tourists and also offers in the Gargano jazz evenings, enjoy the summer evenings by the most sophisticated and demanding. The works on display are a tribute, which the author has decided to build against one of the most fascinating developments of the Gargano. The trebuchet has been inspired by famous artists such as painter Istrian Romano Conversano, one of the first to discover the charm of Fish, when, far from major roads, the tourists looked like an old country and remote.
